– The recipients of the gold and silver Fáinne received their medals on Thursday, March 10th at the Ciorcal Comhrá. Congratulations to all the recipients. The Ciorcal Comhrá will have a break until after Easter and will meet again on April 7th.
– Annual Pat Gogarty 5km charity walk/run in aid of Cancer Research took place on St Patricks Day. Well done to all who took part and particularly to the sizeable crowd from Shelagh who represented the locality.
– Well done to all who took part in the Annual Keith Rogers Memorial 5km walk/run. It was great to see such a good turnout.
– Naomh Malachi will hold their 50th Anniversary celebrations on Saturday, August 13th in the clubrooms. There will be a four-course meal with music and lively chat. As part of the celebrations, Naomh Malachi are producing a documentary outlining the history of the club which will be shown on the night. If you would like to contribute photographs, stories, audio, memorabilia, interviews, or video footage to the documentary please contact Ronan Lynch as soon as possible. If you would like to assist in preparing our celebrations please contact any committee member.
– Naomh Malachi training has commenced and takes place every Tuesday and Friday evenings at 8pm. All players in the locality are welcome.
– Ken Finnegan has launched a book of photographs, titled ‘The Person Inside’. The book costs €20 and all money raised goes to the Birches Day Care Centre. For further information contact Peter Rooney.

Naomh Malachi
- Underage training continues every Wednesday evening in the club rooms. Under 5/6’s start at 6:30pm, with the older kids starting at 7:00pm. All children in the area are invited to attend. For more information contact Fra on 085-7316878.

All members will be published on the website accordingly and will be included in our annual draw for All-Ireland tickets.
– Our club shop section has been added to the O’Neills website where you can purchase Naomh Malachi merchandise (https://www.oneills.com/shop-by-team/gaa/ireland/naomh-malachi-gfc.html). A portion of the revenue from these sales will go back into the club.
– GAA Easter Camps takes place in Dowdallshill from March 22-24. Cost €15. Contact Micheal/Fra for further details.
