    Mals get back to winning ways and secure final spot

    Naomh Malachi got back to winning ways thanks to a stirring second half performance that put paid to the challenge of Dowdallshill in the semi final of the Kevin Mullen Plate.     Glyde Rangers opened their league campaign in buoyant fashion thanks to a scintillating second half display in a sun-baked Courtbane. Playing into the slight headwind in the first half, the Tallanstown outfit held a four-point advantage at the break and ran out comfortable winners by the final whistle.     Congratulations to all who took part in the Memorial Match for Keith Rogers. The game between the 2002 Naomh Malachi team and the current Naomh Malachi team was a fitting tribute to our former team mate.
